The problem it solves
Most AI fails at work for a boring reason.
Ask a general-purpose assistant to quote a job and it will write you something beautiful and wrong. It doesn't know your rates, your margins, which customer this is, what you charged them last time, or that the deposit already cleared. It has language, not context.
